We’re always keen to connect with talented Camera Operators who may be interested in future opportunities within our content team. As part of our talent pipeline, we’re looking to build relationships with people who are passionate about creating high-quality visual content across a range of formats. Typical work in these roles may include shooting client-facing content such as hero assets, behind-the-scenes footage, and live event coverage, as well as capturing internal content like case studies, social posts, event wrap-ups, and stills including headshots. You’d collaborate closely with creatives and producers to help shape visual ideas, storyboards, and overall look and feel, while confidently using and managing in-house or rented camera, sound, and lighting equipment. For those with editing experience, there may also be opportunities to contribute to short-form and long-form edits and support content workflows and asset management.
We’re keen to connect with creatives who have 2+ years’ experience producing video and photo content across agency, brand, production, or freelance settings. You’ll be confident shooting on mirrorless, DSLR, or cinema cameras, with a good grasp of basic lighting, sound, and visual storytelling. Organised, adaptable, and collaborative, you communicate clearly, take initiative, and manage multiple projects with ease. A strong showreel or portfolio is essential, with editing skills in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, and knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
