Studio Assistant

Irresistible Studios is looking for a Studio Assistant to join our growing post production team in Clerkenwell Green, Farringdon.

We are looking for someone at entry level, you may have just left college or Uni, and are looking for that first job in the industry. You could be someone who has some running or previous production assistant experience looking for a permanent job within a post production studio environment.

The candidate we are looking for is bright, eager to learn and is developing their career in production and post production commercial advertising production.

Duties will include:

· Office / resource management (i.e. ensure we have enough shoot supplies, and that everything is clean, tidy and organised)

· Servicing attended edits, supplying hot drinks and lunch runs.

· Supporting post production staff with edit prep and set up.

· Setting up users for freelance post staff.

· Setting up permissions for freelance post staff.

· Chasing freelancers for finished projects and masters.

· Assisting in the post archive and project masters (moving projects to archive/masters, dealing with unarchive project/master requests.)

· Assisting with data uploads from our on premises raid to cloud system.

· Managing shoot hard drives.

Benefits:

Salary: £25k p/a plus bonus scheme / OTE £29k p/a
