Role Overview: This role has plenty of room for growth and variation. As a Runner, your day will be busy, requiring you to be organized, efficient, and adaptable. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for both clients and colleagues, supporting a range of facility duties with a focus on maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Facility Support:

• Provide exceptional service to clients attending sessions, ensuring their comfort and needs are met.
• Keep the office environment clean, organized, and inclusive, with a focus on ensuring it’s accessible and welcoming to all.
• Maintain office supplies, ensuring everything needed for daily operations is stocked and easily accessible.
• Handle petty cash, track expenses, and reconcile monthly reports.
• Control inventory, supplier relationships, and waste management, with a focus on sustainability and minimizing environmental impact.
