New Business Person

Anonymous Content are hiring a New Business person to work closely with the Managing Director and Executive Producer.

We’re looking for someone early in their career who is genuinely excited by film, creativity and culture, and keen to play a hands-on role in shaping new opportunities for the company and its directors.

This is a people-focused role, so you’ll need to be confident, curious and personable. You’ll be building relationships with agencies, brands and creatives, while working closely with our directors, so a strong interest in film and an instinct for great work is important.

Day to day, you’ll support outreach to new contacts, help manage incoming scripts, assist on pitch responses, and contribute to treatments. You’ll also keep a sharp pulse on the industry — from emerging talent to standout campaigns — and be an active presence at industry events, helping to set them up and represent the team with energy and curiosity.

You don’t need to have done this exact role before, but you should have some experience in a production company, agency, or creative environment, along with a basic understanding of how the commercial industry works. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn, but also confident enough to contribute ideas and get stuck in.

This is a full-time role based in London.

Salary will reflect experience.
