Junior Content Creator (Video & Motion)

Closing: May 6th 2026

The Role
We’re looking for an early-career Content Creator to join our team, with a strong interest in shooting and motion design.

This is a hands-on, shoot-led role where you’ll be behind the camera, capturing interviews, documentary-style content and social-first video. You’ll also shape edits and use motion to bring ideas to life, working across a range of employer brand films and social content.

It’s a great opportunity for someone with post-university experience who wants to build confidence as a videographer developing their shooting, storytelling and motion skills in a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

Video Production (Shooting)
 Shoot interviews, documentary-style content and branded films
 Shoot social-first video using mobile devices
 Support senior team members on larger shoots
 Help prepare and manage camera equipment for shoots

Motion Graphics
 Create motion that enhances storytelling across films and social content
 Animate existing design assets for video and digital channels
 Add titles, captions and graphic elements that elevate the final output

Editing
 Edit short and mid-form video content
 Craft engaging stories from interview and documentary footage
 Deliver social cutdowns and campaign edits

Production Support
 Provide general office-based production support to the team during quieter production periods
 Support with project coordination, file organisation and asset management
 Help prepare production documentation such as call sheets and schedules

What We’re Looking For
 1–3 years experience in video production
 Confident shooting interviews and documentary-style content with DSLR / mirrorless / full frame cameras
 Confident shooting high quality video on mobile devices
 Comfortable editing video in Adobe Premiere Pro
 Working knowledge of After Effects and an interest in developing this further
 Good understanding of visual storytelling and pacing
 Highly organised with strong attention to detail
 Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
 Comfortable working across multiple projects

What Success Looks Like in This Role
In your first few months, you’ll quickly become a trusted part of the team, supporting
shoots, contributing to edits and creating motion graphics that elevate our films.
You’ll take ownership of smaller edits and filming opportunities, bring creative ideas to
the table, and help ensure projects run smoothly behind the scenes. As your confidence
grows, you’ll have opportunities to shoot more independently and contribute creatively
across a range of employer brand films and social content.
