Head of Production – Biscuit Filmworks London
Full time, permanent | London | Starting January 2027

Biscuit Filmworks is looking for a Head of Production to lead the production team in our London office from January 2027.

The role

You will oversee production across the London and international projects. You will make sure every project is planned, budgeted, crewed and delivered to the highest creative and commercial standard. You will work closely with our Executive Producers, directors and the wider Biscuit team globally.

• Oversee all live productions from bid to delivery, including budgets, schedules, cost reports and wrap.
• Lead, support and develop our in-house and freelance producers and production managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with crew, suppliers, post houses and service companies in the UK and abroad.
• Make sure productions follow APA/IPA contracts, DGA requirements, insurance, health and safety, and safeguarding requirements.
• Look after production systems, workflows and supplier terms, and keep improving them.
• Bring a sustainable production mindset to how we work, in line with industry standards such as AdGreen.
• Support EPs on pitching, bidding and treatment delivery when needed.

What we’re looking for

• Substantial experience as a senior producer or Head of Production at a commercials production company.
• Strong knowledge of APA contracts, budgeting and the UK production landscape.
• Experience running large, complex shoots, including international and multi-format jobs.
• A calm, organised and decisive approach under pressure.
• A collaborative leader who protects the creative and takes care of their team.
