Located in the heart of Clapham Old Town and with more than 1,300 sq. ft of space to play with, Porteus Place is perfect for use as a casting studio, wardrobe fitting room or production office.

It’s a light and airy converted warehouse located in Stephen Mews, just behind the BFI. Very civilised!

Creative/production companies preferred but not essential.

Fee is £2k a month for four desks. There is an option available to take the whole self-contained room (9 desks) for £4k a month.

A light, 2nd floor, spacious office is available in Margaret Street . Set back from Oxford Street, its location is perfect for Soho and Fitzrovia. The office boasts a large and small shared meeting room, flexible seating for 20-30  people (all or half the space can be rented).

The full space available, is approximately 1100 square feet (excluding meeting rooms and break out space), and has a shared modern kitchen.  The office can be reached through its own entrance with intercom.
