A well appointed studio space with its own self-contained kitchen, 2 bathrooms, shower facility and  meeting room. As well as a locked large bicycle storage area and a 1gig fibre broadband connection.

We are looking to rent out either individual desk space or a portion of the studio. 

We would be flexible with how you would like to use the space and prices will be negotiable on the amount of space you take and the duration of period you wish to take upfront.

We are currently working a hybrid  of WFH and in the studio, allowing for ample room and safe distancing. Our space also meets all Covid compliance.


We have single and multiple desks available in our open-plan office space, based less than a 10 minutes’ walk away from Old Street, Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street stations. The office is situated on the top floor with great natural light and an abundance of space.

Desks are available for let on a rolling contract, with 1 months’ notice required should you’d like to leave!
