About

BRAINCLUB 5000 is an AI-first creative studio founded and led by director Omar Karim. Based in London, we make films, images, worlds and experiences for brands, artists and cultural organisations.

The studio grows out of Omar’s seventeen years of global creative experience, including roles at Fallon and Meta Creative Shop. His work spans Google, Snap!, Nike, Burberry, L’Oréal, ASICS, Aries, Diageo, The Absolut Group and the BBC, alongside collaborations with SHOWstudio, Diplo and many others.

Across that career, Omar has brought filmmaking, creative direction and technology together to explore new ways of telling stories. BRAINCLUB 5000 gives that practice a home: a studio where commissioned work, original projects and creative experiments develop alongside one another.

We work at the forefront of AI and other technologies as creative material. We follow ideas into unexpected genres, unfamiliar worlds and new forms of storytelling, asking what a film, an image or an experience could become. A brief can grow into a single striking moment, a longer story or an entire episodic world.

We lead projects from creative strategy through delivery, assembling filmmakers, artists, technologists and specialists around each commission. Our process brings research, writing, direction, image-making, editing and sound together around a shared creative idea.

AI agents support research and production under our creative direction. We shape the process, make the decisions and bring the work together. Each project is an opportunity to develop a distinctive visual language and find the form that makes the story come alive.

We work directly with clients and alongside agencies and production companies. Our commissioned work and independent creative research continually inform one another. We develop original projects, test new approaches and carry those discoveries into the next brief.
