Creative Outpost is a boutique post production company based in Central London. Our team of artists and engineers deliver high-end VFX, Audio and Colour Grading to clients in Advertising and High End Television. Founded in 2014, Creative Outpost has steadily grown and is now hiring a Runner to join the team.

About the Role

As a Runner, you’ll be an essential part of the Creative Outpost team, providing support across all areas of the business. This is a great entry-level opportunity ideally for someone looking to break into the post-production industry and a keen interest in audio post production is preferred. You’ll gain hands-on experience and insight into all aspects of the business, with opportunities to learn and grow in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Cover reception; greet clients with confidence as they arrive.

● Support the production and post-production teams with day-to-day tasks.

● Maintain the studio’s appearance, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for clients and staff.

● Deliver refreshments and assist with hospitality for clients during sessions.

● Handle general errands, such as pickups and deliveries.

● Assist with technical setups and basic troubleshooting when required.

● Be proactive in helping the team wherever needed.

Qualifications and Experience

● Can evidence a passion for media / post-production through personal projects or study.

● Strong communication and organisation skills.

● Good attention to detail.

● This is a full time on-site role that requires flexibility on hours dependent on business needs.
