Alteration Services is on the lookout for a super-organised and enthusiastic runner to join the team, supporting the editors, colourists, VFX artists, and clients of The Quarry, Whitehouse Post, and The Post Arm.

Role Overview:  As a Runner, your day will be busy, requiring you to be organised, efficient, and adaptable. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for both clients and colleagues, supporting a range of office duties with a focus on maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Facility Support:

We’ll make sure our clients feel at home and comfortable during their sessions. We’ll keep the office clean, organised, and inclusive, making sure everyone feels welcome. We’ll keep the office supplies stocked and easily accessible, and we’ll handle petty cash, track expenses, and reconcile monthly reports. We’ll also control inventory, supplier relationships, and waste management, with a focus on sustainability and minimising our environmental impact.

We’re looking for someone who’s super detail-oriented and great at organising and managing their time. They should also be passionate about offline editing and post-production. Plus, they should be a team player who loves working with others and is excited about providing great service in a friendly environment. They should also understand the importance of good service, building trust with clients, and creating a positive experience for everyone involved. And last but not least, they should be committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone, including clients, employees, and visitors.
