Producer

Toast is a full service TV commercials and branded content production agency, established in 2002. 

We now have an opportunity for a Producer to join our team for a fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend. The successful candidate will have a solid background in commercial production.

This role includes the following:

• Working across multiple-projects at any given time from pre-production to delivery
• Scheduling and resourcing from pitch to delivery
• Budget administration, management and reconciliation ensuring you meet set targets (including checking incoming and outgoing invoices)
• Creating and maintaining production documentation such a schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, pitch decks
• Sourcing and booking crew, suppliers, equipment, accommodation and talent
• Planning, preparing and attending shoots (UK & abroad)
• Maintain successful agency and client relationships
• Researching and clearing archive and music
• Monitor and control compliance for productions relating to legal, regulatory, organisational and industry codes of practice
• Managing final delivery of films to clients and channels

Essential for the role:

• A solid knowledge and understanding of current commercial production and post production processes and facilities (including kit-houses, post-houses, casting studios, studios, location libraries etc)
• Past experience organising TV, Radio and Cinema clearances (including Clearcast, Peach)
• Great communication skills and an eye for detail
• Proactive and well-organised; the ability to prioritise and multitask
• The ability to work independently and also as part of a team
• MS Office, Google Workspace

Salary: Full-time, £42-48,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

This role is mostly remote, with travel to London or elsewhere as per project requirements.
