Producer

(9-12 month contract, starting October 2025)

Optical Arts is a creative studio based in London. We direct and produce live action and CG films, stills and other creative projects, for brands such as Apple, Dyson, La Mer, Louis Vuitton, Nike and C4. We also develop our own creative studio projects and practice wherever possible.

Job Overview:

The Producer will have multiple responsibilities across Optical Arts, mostly focusing on the CG / 3D animation side of the studio output but with scope to produce live action shoots too, across both film and stills.

For this contract, experience in CG production and/or motion graphics, particularly in a creative studio environment, would be the priority for the role. Working with the creative team and EP on creative pitches and budgets for agencies and clients would also be a key responsibility.

You will be working with and supporting the Optical Arts team; managing the approach, schedule and production of each job and ensuring that the creative brief, deadlines and deliverables are met. Optical Arts produce much of our work in-house, and this is a hands-on role, managing the daily workflow and teams of artists, as well as being agency/client facing.

You should have a passion for creating beautifully crafted imagery and have a keen interest in art and design. Optical Arts is a collaborative environment where ideas, action and passion are welcomed from all members of the team.

Optical Arts’ staff work from our office in London (de Beauvoir, N1) 4-5 days per week, so this role is suitable for somebody who is also able and keen to work out of the studio 4 x days per week – this is essential for working closely with and managing the in-house team here.
