Job Title: Post Producer
Location: Redchurch Street, E2 7DP
Hours: 40 hours per week. 9:30 – 6:30PM

Reports to: MD and Deputy MD
Salary: A competitive package based on experience and expertise, including additional shoot fees and comprehensive benefits.
Work Pattern: Hybrid working model, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday’s are mandatory office days, option to work from home on Tuesday and Friday with flexibility to suit business / operational needs.

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive person to join our in-house team and oversee all post- production workflows across our live projects. You’ll become part of a close-knit, collaborative, and fun team, helping to manage the day-to-day post workflow across all productions.

In addition, we’re looking for someone who can support the wider films team, particularly the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director. This may include assisting on shoot productions
or helping to manage broader team workflows and operations. These additional responsibilities can be shaped around your experience, strengths, and interests.

What we are looking for
• Demonstrable experience working at a post-house or production company
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Able to maintain a professional manner at all times
• A true problem solver and able to act quickly to help agencies and clients
• Working knowledge and understanding of post services, including offline editing, Colour, online editing, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and mixing.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Hunger to learn and willingness to get stuck in
• Able to create and maintain systems to support workflows
• Comfortable networking and attending events on the company’s behalf.
• Able to juggle multiple projects at once of differing scales and schedules.
• Good people skills particularly when hosting in-person sessions with clients.
• Supporting new business along with the rest of the Stink team.
