We are looking for a full-time Office / Studio Manager to join our production studio in Hackney Wick. Starting asap
You’ll be the go-to person and the face of Business Club, setting the tone and vibe to create a great environment for our small team, freelancers and anyone else who passes through. You will work alongside the EP’s to help organise freelancers, book spaces, keep the office environment in order and help with day to day general office duties.

We are a growing London based production company that focus on making high end commercials & music videos with a global reach and a carefully curated roster of exciting and visually experimental and multi award winning directors.
We make work for brands including New Balance, Adidas, Sky, Depop ,KFC, Twix and agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Mother, Weiden & Kennedy
This opportunity also includes working with our other business – Wyld Sauna, who we share an office space with
WYLD:
Wyld, the UK’s first public floating sauna, set in Liverpool’s Prince’s Dock. The unique venture is merging the tranquillity of Scandinavian sauna culture with Liverpool’s dynamic urban landscape, offering a UK-first and a serene retreat for city dwellers and global visitors alike to breathe and unwind at Wyld.

Essential Attributes:
Being the go to, connecting person, for the company
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organising hospitality for agencies and clients
Highly Organised, resourceful and pro-active
Proficiency in Mac, G-Suite and Microsoft Office
Be Social and Outgoing
Bonus: Hospitality experience
Role Highlights:
Looking after all responsibilities for the building; liaising with the landlord, cleaners and suppliers
Helping book freelancers and helping with the pitch process
Ensuring that the office is well presented, maintained and stocked
Managing incoming and outgoing post/deliveries
Maintaining company and MD’s diaries; assisting with appointments and scheduling
Managing the company general email account and phone
Minute-taking during meetings
Facilitating internal and external producers and crew with administrative processes
Engaging in the hiring and interview processes for other roles
PR/Marketing/Social media support
Assisting with finance admin; petty cash, studio expenses, manual payments
Managing special internal projects
Organising team socials and events
Supporting with creating presentation decks
