The Role: Junior Social Media & Studio Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive, organised junior to support across social, content platforms, and day- to-day studio operations. This is a hands-on role with lots of variety and room to grow. No two day will be the same as you work on a variety of tasks to support our teams and activities.

Social Media
• Schedule and post content across LinkedIn, X & Instagram. Assist with asset creation and manage posting calendars
• Source credits and coordinate posts with the sales team

Content & Platforms
• Upload and organise work on Wiredrive, Vimeo, and Website.
• Create reels, thumbnails, and keep showcases up to date.
• Maintain director pages and project uploads

Festival Entries
• Co-ordinate awards and track deadlines and submit entries
• Handle payments and invoicing

Studio & Operations
• Help keep the office running smoothly (calendar, general upkeep)
• Manage hard drives, equipment logs, and deliveries

Creative Support
• Assist on treatments with Creative Research (image research, decks, creating gifs)
• Support shoots when needed, going on set.
• Help create edits for treatments.

About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level/junior role in a production company, to gain valuable experience and connections while contributing to our vibrant and inclusive community. There is potential to support productions and for movement and progression within the company in the long term.
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset
• Previous experience at a production company or similar role, welcomed but not compulsory.
• Tech-savvy and highly organised, strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Premiere Pro)
• Proficient in google workspaces, gmail, google docs, keynote
• Adaptable, hands-on, and keen to learn
• Strong interest in film, TV, and creative production
