Junior Producer
Knucklehead – Junior Producer
We are looking for a Junior Producer to join our production team.
You’ll work across a range of music videos, content, commercials and stills productions.
The Role
You’ll be involved in all stages of production, including:
- Producing music video, content and smaller commercial shoots from brief through to final delivery.
- Preparing budgets, quotes and production schedules.
- Coordinating with commissioners, record companies, agencies, clients, directors and creatives.
- Managing freelance crew and production suppliers.
- Running shoots and keeping productions running smoothly.
- Keeping projects on schedule and budget.
- Supporting productions through post-production and delivery
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
- Finding practical solutions when things inevitably change
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with some producing experience, ideally within music videos, content and commercials.
You’ll need to be:
- Organised and highly attentive to detail
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs and competing deadlines
- A clear and confident communicator
- Calm and practical under pressure
- Good with people and able to build strong relationships with crew, suppliers, clients and agencies
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of budgets, pitching and production costs
- Interested in filmmaking and the creative process
- Keen to learn and take on increasing responsibility
We’re looking for someone bright, hardworking and hungry to progress — someone who wants to get stuck in, take responsibility and develop further.
Our HQ is in Old Street and we would expect a minimum of 4-days a week in the office with Friday as wfh day.
