Junior Producer

ROLE

The Junior Producer will support and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, whilst also ensuring our company and clients requirements are met. The candidate should be highly motivated and committed to remaining on a Production track as part of their career growth.

Supporting the Executive Producer and rest of the team based in the London working on larger productions and independently and confidently producing smaller shoots.

They should have experience in budgeting, shoot production and post management for large scale motion shoots.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing small productions independently and supporting EP on larger ones.

• Have the ability to multitask effectively across multiple projects.

• Manage project timelines to ensure tasks are all completed to a high standard and within budget.

• Timely and accurate administration and distribution of production paperwork including, but not limited to schedules, call sheets, talent, production and location contracts, insurance declarations, talent info and production overviews.

• Managing international and local production travel logistics and bookings.

• Ensure that all H&S, legal, AdGreen and COVID responsibilities have been clearly outlined and managed with the client, partners and freelancers involved.

• Assist in the creation of presentation decks, production books, guidelines and document building.

• Ensuring all paperwork, documentation & deliverables are stored and archived correctly

• Embody a hard working and quality and results driven mind set.

• Regularly update our database of crew and vendors as well as expanding it with Directors and Photographers research

• Stay across our production kit with team and ensure things are stocked, tidy and ordered.

• Ensuring that all jobs are properly wrapped up financially.

• Attend shoots and ensure smooth running on day.

SALARY & BENEFITS

£30-£40k (DOE)

Bupa health care after initial 6 months probation

OT pay for additional days worked outside of contract

Performance based reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should be based in London

Driving licence is preferred.
