About You: We are looking for a highly motivated creative individual with a passion for design. Self-motivation and initiative are key to the role, as well as attention to detail and being extremely organised. We would like someone who can tap in to Riff Raff’s creative tone of voice, driving the brand forward. The successful candidate must have great people and IT skills with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do: We are looking for a graphic designer to join our team in London working across all aspects of design and creative asset creation for the company as a whole. In this role you will work closely with our Directors and EPs to design high-level treatments and pitch documents, with the opportunity for input during the creative process, by sharing your ideas and knowledge of art, photography and design. You will design and create all assets for our PR releases, across social media, mailouts and the website, as well as managing the website and keeping it up to date with new work.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting our roster of Directors and Executive Producers with their creative commercial treatment pitches.
  • Creating all assets for our new work releases to sit across social media, website, and PR mailouts.
  • Develop creative social media campaigns that build Riff Raff as a brand. E.g., news, campaigns, talent announcements etc.
  • Managing the website and creating all assets for it.
  • Designing Riff Raff merchandise and promo items.

Qualifications: 

  • •Proficient in Adobe Suite software, InDesign, Premier, Adobe Illustrator. After Effects is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience with creative layout software is essential, such as Keynote & Google Slides.
  • Creative writing and copywriting are beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience of website maintenance and familiarity with website back-end is beneficial but not essential.
  • The ability to discuss creative briefs with directors and combine experience to create the very best response visually.
  • Experience working within the media industry, advertising or a production company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of film, photography art design and general cultural trends.
  • A creative drive and general interest in the creative worlds of film, photography, art, fashion & advertising
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure managing several projects at a time.
