Creative Researcher and Designer
Purpose of the role
The main focus will be working with our team of EPs, Directors and Creatives on pitches and presentations for Stink Films and Stink Studios in the form of commercials, music videos, content and/or digital production.
Deliverables
- Work on treatment design, layout and research for multiple Directors
- Help adjust, tweak and update treatments put together by freelance researchers
- Manage the day to day running of the pitch process on jobs – organizing schedules, contacting and booking freelance researchers, looking for new research talent
- Work with Directors to bring their creative visions to life in their treatments
- Help put together decks and presentations for potential new signings, direct to client pitches, agency showcases etc
- Manage the storage and access to past treatments and details of which researchers worked on which pitches
- Meet project deadlines
- Work consistently, positively and to the highest standards
- Oversee the creative output of the department
- Play a vital role in our small, collaborative, and supportive team
Competencies
- Knowledge of film
- Knowledge of design
- Technically strong in Indesign, Keynote and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Art

- 20 days holiday rising by one day each year up to a maximum of 30 days, plus Christmas and New Year period (work permitting)
- Our office is in Redchurch St, Shoreditch. We have the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Friday.
