Common People Films are an ambitious independent film production company who produce award winning TV Commercials, music videos and digital content.  We are a talented team who work with our own roster of directors we rep from the UK, Europe and beyond. We’re very excited to welcome a new employee to our family run ethos. Our culture is based around support, energy, fun and ambition and our aim is to grow into an international player whilst having a solid talent base in the UK.

We also have an IP division developing film, TV and Theatre.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our growing team. Our producers are the face, eyes and ears of the company and the guardians of our very high level of delivery. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in either production or agency side but it’s not critical, we’re more interested in the individual.

The role is to produce and deliver content projects for a variety of clients under the guidance of an EP but with complete autonomy. You will also be required to deliver the post-production plans across projects you do and do not produce. You will be involved in research, treatments, sales meetings, networking and events in order to give you full exposure to the wider business.

You must be passionate about film, working to high standards and have an appetite to learn and grow. We represent some amazing talent and want to ensure they are in good hands.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Budgeting
• Scheduling
• Producing
• Post-production delivery
• Wrapping productions
• Researching for treatments
• Managing production documentation
• Internal Database management
• Help with website and socials management

Whilst we are looking for someone to be positive and confident, we will endeavour to give you the skills to be the best producer you can be so we are more interested in your willingness to learn and ability to manage pressure and be resilient. We’re an ambitious company and want someone who reflects our values.
