Assistant/Administrator
Vision Artists is a Boutique Agency representing an exclusive roster of Cinematographers, Production Designers and Costume Designers working in Commercials, TV Drama and Film.
We are looking for an Assistant/Administrator to join our small friendly team. You will need to be highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a fun sense of humour, and an effective team player, with a love of all things admin.
Hybrid working at our offices in Clerkenwell.

Duties
Invoicing on behalf of clients and liaising with production companies regarding payments.
Contacting production companies to obtain copies of clients work for marketing and showreel purposes
Reception duties such as answering phones, general office management.
Creating email signatures and GIFs for the company website.
Instagram, general marketing, creating newsletters and deliverables for social.
Updating the company website, client libraries, reels and CVs.
Creating ‘News’ articles for the website.
Industry and international market research on prospective production companies and artists.
Submitting artist film videos to awards ceremonies for nomination consideration.
Supporting the diary service for the crew department by liaising with crew members and production companies regarding logistics and diary management
Ad hoc administrative and PA duties.
Understanding and knowledge of Mac OS, digital file formats, Photoshop for GIF generation, and video editing
Fantastic organisational skills, and ability to oversee multiple projects on the go.
Essential, excellent administration skills with great attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
An interest in film and/or fashion, and advertising industries.
Prior production or agency experience is essential
