Directors Rep

International Production Company BELIEVE is looking for a well-connected, ambitious Directors Rep. This is an exciting chance to become an integral part of the company working with World Class talent to help ensure Believe’s directors see the best creative opportunities.

The Role will work alongside the Executive Producer to explore and find new opportunities both in UK, Europe and U.A.E. They will have the proven ability to establish relationships with creative teams / ECDs & agency producers. At the same time, they will have a natural ability and eye for talent and a great understanding of the advertising landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new and existing relationships with Advertising Agencies & Brands.
• Confidently presenting new work and directors reels to Producers and Creatives & Brands.
• Finding and developing emerging talent and ensuring that new work is being seen by appropriate Creative Teams and Producers.
•  Knowing where the best opportunities are coming from by researching industry news & account developments.
• Preparing specific reels to send for new requests.
• Finding new opportunities and devising individual sales strategies for each Director.
• Assist with newsletter PR & Social posts.
• Explore non-traditional advertising opportunities.
• Attending industry events and other networking opportunities.
• Creative input into treatments & pitching.

Key Personal Attributes:

• An Entrepreneurial, self-starting resourceful individual needed.
• Proven track record and understanding of the market, existing contacts preferred.
• A genuine interest in creativity, film, photography and art.
• Ability to manage own schedule.

Key Requirements:

• Three years or more experience working in Agency, production company or similar.
• Trustworthiness, loyal and reliable.
• Full or part time role with a hybrid working.
