PTE Collective (Alumni Talent Network)PTE Collective is an alumni talent network connecting production companies with Runners, Production Assistants (PAs) and department trainees who have graduated from the JGA Group Production Assistant Skills Bootcamp.
Building on the Bootcamp’s mission to break down barriers to entry, PTE Collective provides productions with access to a diverse pool of trained, emerging talent from across the media industry – the network champions individuals who have had no obvious route into the industry, helping create more inclusive pathways into film, television and commercial production.
PTE Media works closely with its alumni and can recommend graduates based on the specific requirements of each production.

The JGA Group Production Assistant Skills Bootcamp is a free, six-week intensive training programme designed to help Londoners aged 19 and over begin careers in the film, television and creative industries.
Delivered through practical, hands-on learning, the programme covers:
- On-set production skills
- Scriptwriting
- Budgeting
- Freelance working and career preparation
Graduates gain real-world production experience by working as runners on a current artist’s music video, earning a professional screen credit as part of the programme. Successful participants also become members of the PTE Collective alumni network, providing continued access to industry opportunities.
Eligibility:
- 19+
- With the right to live and work in the uk
- Resident of London borough
- Not in education, employment or training with the exception of self employed or zero hour – students need to be completely available for the duration of the bootcamp and be able to fully commit to the two days a week and the three days of the shoot and build.
