Trans+ On Screen is a directory representing trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming professionals in all areas of Film and TV, from(pre-)production to distribution. We operate as a business model which challenges industry norms, and distances itself from agency fees and tokenistic hires, in favour of a model based on care and empowerment.
