We exist to make UK marketing and advertising completely LGBTQ+ inclusive. We do that by encouraging brands and their creative and media partners to be fully LGBTQ+ inclusive in their workplaces, and in their communications.

We provide training and development resources to support organisations in their internal LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts, including our LGBTQ+ Mentoring programme, and Active Ally training. And each year our awards celebrate the very best LGBTQ+ inclusive campaigns and partnerships marketing.

We share their case histories and stories as best practice so that others can learn from their success. Our free downloadable Outvertising Guide helps brands take positive steps to LGBTQ+ inclusion in their communications.
