Alesia Duff-Farrier

As Head of Membership & Commercial Growth, Alesia leads and oversees the full membership ecosystem and commercial strategy, ensuring long-term value for both our members and the organisation. Her remit spans strategic partnerships, sponsorship and commercial growth, building meaningful collaborations with key industry organisations and communities that unlock learning and new business opportunities – helping our members future-proof their businesses in a rapidly evolving market.

Alongside this, she shapes and curates a forward-looking programme of UK and international events, industry initiatives, designed to inform, connect and inspire the production community.

This includes leading industry initiatives such as Production Unplugged, unlocked opportunities for the members working directly with brands; flagship training programmes including the annual producers’ course Masterclass; and marketing and growth training such as the Grow Your Business series, among others.

Alesia ensures that our services deliver strategic impact and tangible value to members, partners and the wider production community.
