We’re launching an online Insights Series for APA members, starting with a practical workshop on turning great work into consistent new business.

Our first session (28th July at 2pm) is with James Keblas a business development strategist for production companies, who will be drawing from his experience helping production companies across the U.S. He will share observations on how the market is evolving, where new opportunities are emerging, and the business development framework he uses to help companies build stronger client relationships and win more work.

The second half of the session will be an open discussion with APA members. Together we’ll explore what’s working well, what’s becoming more difficult, where you see the biggest opportunities, and the business development challenges you’re trying to solve.

Potential topics to explore might include; generating more qualified opportunities, having better conversations with prospective clients, staying top of mind, winning more of the right work, and helping producers think more like account managers. The goal is to make the discussion as practical and relevant as possible by focusing on the issues that matter most to APA members.
