Posted in News, on July 9, 2026
We are delighted to welcome Jocelin Capper as APA Co- Chairperson.
Jocelin is an outstanding person whose expertise will benefit the APA and its members, being a senior creative industry executive with over 30 years’s experience leading some of the UK’s most respected production and post-production companies, including 18 years as Managing Director of Rushes Soho, Creative Director at Cinelab Film Digital and General Manager of Cinesite London.
A longstanding supporter of the APA and its purpose and a former member of the APA Council, Jocelin brings deep operational expertise, a passion for the advertising and commercials industry, and an extensive network across the full breadth of the APA’s membership.
Jocelin said:
“I’m honoured to step into the role of APA Co- Chairperson alongside John
Hackney. The APA stands for everything I value in this industry: creativity, craftsmanship,
and the talented people across all those disciplines who make amazing work happen every day. I’ve been proud to be part of the APA community for many years, and having the chance to serve it now means a lot to me.
As Chairperson, my main goal is to continue working alongside Steve and everyone at the
APA to create the best possible business environment for our members. What strikes me
most about this organisation is how brilliantly people come together, whether that’s at the
APA Show, through the Masterclass, or in the DEI working group. There’s a genuine
commitment here to making meaningful change, not just talking about it, and that’s
something I find really inspiring.
I want to thank Lewis More O’Ferrall and John Hackney for their guidance, and Steve Davies and the APA for this incredible opportunity. I can’t wait to get started.”
