(subject to confidentiality etc, audiences like to hear about things that have gone wrong- hopefully eventually resolved- as they resonate with the audience and we don’t just say how great we are- which is true but not what they want to hear!)

What advice would you give a brand thinking of working direct but feeling nervous about not having an agency there to manage the relationship with you?
