In this ultra-competitive environment, good negotiation
skills are a must.
This live, interactive in-person workshop used videos and case studies to move beyond the basics of negotiation (delivered in the previous “Introduction to Pricing and Negotiation webinar”) and help you plan a negotiation from start to finish.
The content includes assigning roles, what tactics you might keep up your sleeves, how to identify ‘walk away’ points and reach a successful outcome.
You will explore real-life negotiation scenarios faced by production companies today, learn more about the role of procurement and pick up tips and tricks for successfully negotiating with them.
During the workshop you’ll complete your own Negotiation Planner, which will also serve as a handy tool for sharing your learnings with your wider team.
