The Future of Advertising 2024: Schedule and First Speakers Announced

We are thrilled to announce our official schedule and first round of speakers for The Future of Advertising 2024!

Paul is a writer and executive creative director. He was the former Global Head of Creative, ECD at Deliveroo, leading Deliveroo’s internal creative agency. Before that, Paul spent nearly five years as creative director at Google. Alongside his commercial work, Paul is an award-winning writer of drama for film and theatre.

Jasmine Dotiwala has over 25 years of experience as a Head of department, manager, broadcaster, producer, director, and columnist at brands like Netflix UK, Media Trust, Channel 4 News, Channel 4, Channel 5, SKY News, MTV International & UK, and more.
 
As an award-winning, multi-media reporter and producer as well as a reputed D&I specialist, Jasmine curates talent training programmes for both new and mid-career talent across TV Production and Digital and Publishing platforms.

Chiara works with brands and agencies to help them achieve greater effectiveness through impactful creative, and produces research on the topics that matter most to the industry.

Nicola spent the first 25 years of her career in London Ad agencies. Latterly, she was a Managing Partner at Grey London and Chief Client Officer at Havas. In these roles she led a combination of Global and Local business.  In 2019 Nic made the decision to leave Ad land, to lead the in house Agency at Specsavers.   She is of the firm belief that the better the relationship with clients, the greater the work, so was excited by the opportunity to be part of a Marketing Leadership Team and influence from within.
 
The other obvious draw to Specsavers was the brand’s reputation for producing excellent creative work. This remains an important part of Nic’s love for the business. But she is now equally enamoured with the organisation as a whole – from its warm & human culture, to the important role it plays in the lives of its 43 million customers.

He is a best-selling and award winning author of two books, No Bullsh*t Leadershp and No Bullsh*t Change and his podcast has over ½ million downloads. In 2023 he partnered with AAR Group to launch the No Bullsh*t Leadership e-learning programme.

With more than a decade of experience in Global and UK CEO positions, Chris is widely recognised as an innovative and inspirational leader with a proven track record of successful business transformation – guiding businesses to record growth and lasting reputational change in the UK and around the world.He is founder of the leadership consultancy The Dogsbody Group Ltd.

Emily is a Digital Strategy & Planning Director with several years spent as a digital performance practitioner. Working from London and New York, she specialises in demographic trends, media measurement, and Creator strategy, always through a performance lens.

Emily was featured on Campaign’s 2023 ‘Faces to Watch’ for her work in developing bespoke audience mapping methodologies on clients such as Niantic and Peloton, as well as her commitment to sustainability initiatives across the Brand Tech Group. She is passionate about advertising as a force for good in the world as we move toward a Net Zero future.

As Head of Innovation at VML Enterprise Solutions, Naji focuses on solving problems in new, creative ways for businesses in a digital-first world.

With a background in Product Management and Innovation, he has worked with a great variety of companies and start-ups including DFS, Lego, Domestic & General, Sainsbury’s, Shop Direct Group, Audi, Lloyds Bank, Kobalt and BP, demonstrating how technology can solve industry challenges.

Jamie is a Partner and Co-Head of the Interactive Group at media and technology law firm Sheridans, focusing on digital content, gaming, animation, AR/VR and digital/interactive media.

Previously at The Mill and Sony Playstation among others, he has great experience working with Production and VFX studios and insight in areas including Contract Law, IP/IT, and Software Licensing.
