In what has been an exceptional year for us all – professionally and personally – mental health and self-care have become even more important discussion points.
Whilst we’re in the second lockdown of 2020 in the UK, the announcement of a vaccine and the potential of a “return to normal” sometime soon have galvanised talks and in some cases concerns for what this return will mean for many things, including a return to office vs. home balance, being able to log off and avoiding burnout.
With sessions from three different thought-leaders in the worlds of mental health and working – with a particular knowledge and experience within the advertising sector, we hope to offer ideas and focus points from which our members can grow their own wellbeing programmes within their companies.
