We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of commercial, content and live productions.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in a production company or similar environment who is comfortable working across multiple projects, managing changing priorities and taking ownership of the day-to-day details that keep productions moving.
The Role
Working closely with our Executive Producers & Producers, you’ll support projects from initial brief and pre-production through to shoot, delivery and final reconciliation.
You’ll be involved across a wide range of productions, from commercial shoots and branded content to live events and multicamera productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Producers & EPs across multiple productions from brief through to delivery
- Creating and maintaining production schedules, call sheets, movement orders and other production documentation
- Booking and coordinating crew, equipment, studios, locations, travel and accommodation
- Liaising with crew, suppliers, agencies and clients throughout the production process
- Maintaining accurate project cost trackers
- Obtaining and comparing supplier quotes
- Supporting Producers with production budgets and keeping track of committed costs
- Coordinating travel and logistics for UK and international productions
- Managing crew paperwork, contracts, releases and production documentation
- Assisting with insurance, permits, carnets and other production requirements
- Supporting shoots and live productions on location as required
- Managing production expenses and assisting with project reconciliation
- Keeping project folders, contact lists and production systems organised and up to date
- Supporting general production company administration between projects
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Calm and solutions-focused when working under pressure
- Confident communicating with crew, suppliers and clients
- Comfortable managing several projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Numerate and confident working with budgets, quotes and cost trackers
- Experienced with standard production documentation and workflows
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and production budgeting/scheduling tools
- Interested in commercials, fashion, branded content and live production
- Happy working flexibly around production schedules, including occasional early starts, late finishes and travel
Experience
Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience within commercial, film, content, events or broadcast production, either as a Production Coordinator or as a Production Assistant/Production Secretary ready to step up.
Experience within a commercial production company would be particularly valuable, but we’re equally interested in people coming from adjacent areas of production who have strong organisational skills and the right attitude.
What We’re Looking For
More than anything, we’re looking for someone dependable who enjoys making productions happen.
You’ll be joining a small, busy team, so we’re looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the company, develop their production experience and take on increasing responsibility as they grow within the business.
