Role Overview
We are looking for a full time Music Supervisor / Account Manager to join our London-based team. This is a mid-level role for someone who combines strong music knowledge, sync experience, and client-facing confidence, with a genuine passion for advertising and creative production.
The role sits at the intersection of creative music supervision, project management, and commercial growth. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality music solutions for advertising campaigns, managing client relationships and projects end-to-end, and proactively supporting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Music Supervision & Creative Delivery
– Source, curate, and clear music for advertising campaigns
– Develop creative music solutions aligned with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and budgets
– Confidently brief composers, artists, labels, and publishers
– The ability to be able to deliver music compositions across a variety of budgets
– Negotiate sync licences in line with agreed budgets and usage terms
Account & Project Management
– Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and agency partners
– Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery and licensing
– Coordinate timelines, approvals, budgets, and stakeholders
– Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
New Business & Growth
– Proactively reach out to agencies, brands, and production companies to generate new opportunities
– Build and maintain strong relationships within the advertising and production community
– Support pitches, credentials meetings, and creative proposals
– Leverage existing industry network to help win new projects
Required Experience & Background
– Proven experience in music supervision, sync, or music licensing within advertising
– Strong understanding of how music is used across advertising and branded content
– Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem (creative agencies, production companies, post-production, media)
– Understanding of the audio production process, including composition, recording, and post
– Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
– Existing network within advertising, production, or music (highly desirable)
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
