MindsEye is looking for a Director’s Rep / Head of Sales to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining relationships with creatives, agency producers and brand clients.

• Developing sales strategies to hit our short- and long-term goals – for both our directors and the company.

• Showcasing our roster to agencies and brands, and speaking clearly, confidently and passionately about their work.

• Working alongside the Managing Director to shape and oversee our Marketing & PR strategy, including awards entries.

• Growing direct-to-brand relationships in partnership with senior management.

• Preparing sales presentations, reels and case studies that bring our work and our directors to life.

• Staying across new and emerging directing talent.

• Attending industry events (awards, screenings, parties, talks) and representing MindsEye out in the world.

Experience

We’re open-minded, but you will likely be:

• Someone who has already held a similar role (either in a junior or senior capacity) at a production company OR

• An agency producer or similar who is keen to move to production-side and bring that knowledge and network with you.
