Everyone working in this industry β regardless of age, gender, sexuality, background or job β should be free to work within a safe environment without fear of abuse.
According to a recent survey, 44% of people in the ad industry have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment at work, thatβs unacceptable and together we need to take action.
