Job Description
Our London team is on the lookout for a Partnerships Director. In your role, you’ll be
responsible for generating large revenue opportunities for strategic and technical music
solutions for brands based in the UK, Europe and beyond.
Working closely with the SVP, Global Partnerships and the London team, you’ll set and
implement an annual strategy to drive the growth of the creative solutions business within
MassiveMusic.
As an entrepreneurial leader, you often play solo to generate leads, pitch services and
land a range of workstreams generating revenue for the business. For each onboarded
client, you help ensure a team is in place to service the ongoing needs of the brand and
then refocus your attention on the next song in the queue.

Main Job Duties
● Use a client-centric approach to sell our music services/products in order to grow
revenues by leading & sustaining relationships with individual brand teams and
their agencies
● Utilise brand relationships to educate and inspire our clients to use MassiveMusic
and Songtradr group, to enhance their business objectives and meet & exceed
revenue goals
● Collaborate with internal teams & wider stakeholders to maximize revenue for
MassiveMusic and the group
● Plan and oversee new market sales initiatives
● Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
● Drive and participate in client presentationsDesired Skills & Experience
● Create a strategy for lead generation, using your own established contacts and
industry experience
● Identify and pursue new local and global partnership opportunities that align with
our goals and creative direction
● Negotiate and structure partnership & project agreements with major brands,
agencies and advertising networks, driving revenue for MassiveMusic and
Songtradr group products and services, and providing value for partners
● Work closely with the SVP, Global Partnerships & Client Services to continually refine
strategies to maximise revenue and company objectives
● Track and analyse new partnership KPIs
● Identify existing company deals and relationships that could be converted into
major partnerships or project up-sells & cross-sells
● Work closely with the rest of the local and regional team to deliver regional goals
and create a great local culture
● Represent the company at industry conferences/events to promote partnerships
