Office Manager & Global Directors Assistant

Closing: March 3rd 2026

Office Manager & Global Directors Assistant
London | Full-time

The Opportunity
Eleanor is where directors become legends.
We are looking for a rare operator: someone with exceptional judgment, taste, and emotional intelligence, who thrives at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and people. This role sits at the center of Eleanor’s global director roster. You will support directors working across the UK, US, and international markets, acting as a trusted point of coordination across time zones, creative processes, and productions. You will be deeply involved in treatments, pitches, and director-facing work, while also taking ownership of the London studio as a functioning, beautiful creative space.
This is a high-trust, high-context position for someone who understands creative pressure and knows how to move quietly, decisively, and with taste.

What You’ll Actually Do
Be the Calm in the System
● Act as a trusted right hand to Eleanor’s directors globally
● Anticipate needs before they are voiced and solve problems before they escalate
● Navigate sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and clarity
Support Directors at the Highest Level
● Coordinate schedules, travel, and priorities across multiple time zones
● Support treatments and pitches by sourcing references, shaping decks, organizing
materials, and protecting deadlines
● Track multiple creative opportunities simultaneously without losing nuance or tone
● Support prep, production, and occasional on-set needs in collaboration with
producers
Run the London Studio Like a Pro
● Own the London office as a creative home for directors and collaborators
● Ensure the space is always client-ready, intentional, and well-run
● Coordinate vendors, IT, building management, and logistics with zero drama
Be a Connector
● Act as a bridge between directors, producers, clients, agencies, and the LA team
● Represent Eleanor in meetings, studio sessions, and industry settings with
confidence and warmth
Protect Taste & Culture
● Maintain Eleanor’s visual and cultural standards across decks, materials, and studio
presentation
● Contribute to internal culture, creative moments, and the rhythm of the studio
● Support light writing needs with clarity, restraint, and good judgment

Who You Are
● Exceptionally organized, but never rigid
● Calm under pressure and trusted in high-stakes creative environments
● Naturally discreet, emotionally intelligent, and perceptive
● Fluent in working across time zones and international teams
● Strong visual instincts and an understanding of what “good” looks like
● Comfortable with Google Workspace and confident building decks
● Familiar with creative tools (Adobe Suite) or fast to learn
● Drawn to directors, storytelling, and creative work — not intimidated by it
You may come from production, talent representation, agency operations, or a creative studio.
Titles matter less than judgment.

Why This Role Matters
You will have direct access to directors, creative leadership, and decision-making. You will see how projects are won, shaped, and executed at the highest level. For the right person, this role is a launchpad — not a ceiling.
