Announcing the APA DEI Working Group
Posted in D&I, News, on February 4, 2026

We are excited to kick off 2026 with a new APA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Working Group!
We have brought together 22 APA members representing a broad range of experiences, expertise and services (production, post, music, and sound).
Co-chaired by Charlotte Fraser and Antoinette de Lisser, the group aims to champion best DEI practices across our membership, with an emphasis on practical, measurable change.
We will focus on the following areas:
- building diverse and inclusive working environments
- supporting existing talent and improving talent retention
- advancing wider action in collaboration with other associations, trade unions, and industry events
The APA is committed to advancing a more inclusive and equitable commercials production industry. This working group has been formed to share perspectives and experiences, turn words into action, and drive accountability across our membership.
