DEI and Wellbeing in Advertising needs to keep evolving. Industry trade associations are driving change but what are the next steps? We are seeing a positive shift in the industry through the development of the APA’s DEI Strategy & Action Plan, the Advertising Association’s ‘All In’ Campaign (supported by ISBA and the IPA), the IPA’s DEI conferences, census, casting brief, and the continuous work of NABS and wellbeing event The emPOWER Breakfast.

However, there is still work to be done: a significant gap in the representation and inclusion of diverse voices remains, and many organisations struggle to implement initiatives effectively.

Reframe 2025 is an APA event backed by industry associations, charities, and organisations focused on addressing the current climate of DEI & Wellbeing.
