THE JOB
Sustainability in Production Lead
The ideal candidate will be:
- Friendly, approachable, organised and punctual.
- Capable of working independently and under presssure.
- Comfortable both in the office and on set.
- Have at least 1 year of production experience in a production company, ideally making commercial content
- We will also accept applications from experienced production runners looking to step up, with training provided to develop into the role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead our drive to become an exemplar sustainable production company with measurable results to shape best practice in the market.
- Make all our productions and our day-to-day company practices as green as possible by taking ownership of all the necessary steps and recommended measures
- Working closely with our production teams to factor best practice into their projects from start to finish – discussing and implementing ways to reduce our carbon footprint during bidding, pre-production, shoots and wrap
- Attend shoots as Sustainability / AdGreen supervisor.
- Working closely with AdGreen – implementing new practices, organising training sessions for our teams, and feeding back on our learnings
- Ownership of the company AdGreen account – inputting data for every production, liasing with agency / client project contacts, and creating reports
- Weekly reporting to the management team on progress
- Working alongside the Outsider finance department and my fellow sustainability leads within the Unit9 group, in reporting carbon accounting to achieve our net zero goals.

LOCATION
You will be based in the London office five days a week or on set with occasional travel for shoots.
TERM
Full-time contract with 3 month probation period. To start asap
SALARY
£25K depending on experience
