Studio Scheduler

We are looking for a full-time in house Studio Scheduler to predominantly oversee the bookings and work station set-ups for our crew.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Studio with day-to-day running of our two Studios based on Holloway Road
  • Manage crew seating plan for the Studio
  • Updates our Staff Crew with their schedules and bookings
  • Assigns licences and equipment to all crew working in the Studio through our studio booking software (ScheduleIT)
  • Work closely with IT to ensure work stations are set-up in the right seat, with the right software and equipment for each job/crew member
  • You are the go to person for any booking / licence queries and are the link between IT and Production for crew setups
  • Capable of hiring and purchasing equipment and softwares for jobs when required, negotiating rental agreements
  • Welcoming and seating new starters and getting them set up in our systems
  • Ensures ScheduleIT is up to date with live jobs and pitching jobs
  • Logs holiday requests
  • Sending our IR35 letters for Producers & PM’s
  • Collating and circulating weekly WIPs for all producers
  • Coordinating online purchases and other general admin tasks as required
  • Credit Card reconciliation
  • Fielding & redirecting emails from past crew chasing invoices
  • Creating new starter tickets for freelance and fulltime producers  – instructing creation of emails, adding them to Slack/Email Groups/G:Drives. Laptop or machine allocation
  • Posting all job listings for BlinkInk on relevant websites & LinkedIn
  • Setting up and managing building access for crew
  • Reports to the Head of Studio
