Studio Scheduler

Studio Scheduler – salary £45k

  • Assist Head of Studio and Studio PM with day to day running of the Studio.
  • Manage crew seating plan for the Studio.
  • Assigns licences and equipment to all crew working in the Studio through our studio booking software (ScheduleIT) .
  • Work closely with IT to ensure work stations are set-up in the right seat, with the right software and equipment for each job/crew member.
  • Capable of hiring and purchasing equipment and softwares for jobs when required, negotiating rental agreements.
  • Welcoming and seating new starters and getting them set up in our systems.
  • Ensures ScheduleIT is up to date with live jobs and pitching jobs.
  • Sending our IR35 letters for Producers & PM’s
  • Collating and circulating weekly WIPs for all producers.
  • Coordinating online purchases and other general admin tasks as required.
  • Adding jobs’ delivery dates to EP and HoP’s calendars
  • Reconciling Credit card statements
  • Fielding & redirecting emails from past crew chasing invoices.
  • Creating new starter tickets for freelance and fulltime producers  – instructing creation of emails, adding them to Slack/Email Groups/G:Drives. Laptop or machine allocation.
  • Posting all job listings for BlinkInk on relevant websites & LinkedIn.
  • Archiving project folders.
  • Reports to the Head of Studio.
