Social Media & Marketing Assistant
Working with New Business and Marketing Director creating and editing internal content, showreels & pitch decks as well as overseeing award entries and social media channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Editing, design & animation – Using existing templates as we well as updating designs for in house reels, decks & pitch decks. Software used include Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, & In-Design
- Social media – Update all work, award wins, shortlists, jury selections & sponsorship opportunities across all social media channels.
- Award entries – Manage submissions & payments across all departments.
- Mailchimp – Manage current database + newsletter design & content.
- Website – Liaise with creatives & departments to ensure website reels and latest work are all updated online.
- PR – Liaise with all industry subscription sites, to make sure they are up to date with correct credits, work, new hires (using existing templates), includes David Reviews, Shots, LBB, Campaign, Promonews.
- Client events – Assist in organisation of client events.
The successful candidate will be a professional and motivated individual displaying the following attributes:
- Proven experience of managing social media accounts, creating assets, scheduling posts, collecting credits & executing social media plan.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Google Drive programs, Dropbox, Photoshop, Premier Pro, In Design.
- Excellent Time management.
- Passion for Commercials, Music videos & Films
Experience: Minimum 1+ years experience in a creative environment
Salary will be based on the applicant’s experience.
