Senior Production Assistant
SENIOR PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for someone to join our fast growing team in mid September 2019. You must be hungry to learn, can follow directions and has a muck-in can-do-attitude. A keen sense of fun (and humour) is a bonus!
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing, family-style company and a gateway into the industry. We would ask that you have had at least two years industry experience. If you are a fast learner you will move up quickly and be given more responsibility.
Assisting producers and production team on pre-production and shoots
Preparation of call sheets
Including but not exclusive to- booking of crew; equipment; flights and hotels; and travel itineraries.
Keeping office diary and booking taxis for producers to get to meetings when necessary.
Petty cash and preparation of expense reports. (knowledge of excel/google sheets as well as a power-point and indesign is a must)
Organising and managing the office space
Collaborating with Directors and producers in creative development, pitches and presentations
Making appointments for producers
It would be preferable if you have attended the APA masterclass course
Attending London shoots
Holiday: 4 weeks plus stats.
Statutory sick leave
Salary negotiable on experience
Office hours are 9.30 -6pm but as any production office we can have late nights getting ready for shoots and you will be expecting to stay to help the team
