Senior Producer
OVERVIEW
As a Senior Producer at LS Productions you will work with the team to develop, win and lead business for all clients who want to shoot in the UK, whether that be motion or stills. You will be the main point of contact for such briefs in Scotland & Ireland. You will be responsible for understanding the creative & production brief and subsequently providing a detailed quote, converting the job, doing the production, and negotiating the final budget.
On confirmation of a production, it will be your responsibility to bring together and lead the team, overseeing all vital elements for a successful shoot. On completion, you will reconcile the budget and send the final account to the client. You will work to our high standards throughout the process, ensuring compliance with our templates and procedures.
You will work to establish ongoing client relationships with brands directly, as well as with production companies and advertising agencies based both in the UK and internationally. The above will be undertaken in conjunction with our business development team to enable a rounded approach to pursuing & managing new relationships, key accounts and repeat business opportunities for LS.
As the Senior Producer spearheading our Scottish production team, you will also be responsible for leading and managing the production team based in Scotland, and ensuring our roster of production freelancers is up to date across Scotland and Ireland.

You must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple, often conflicting priorities. Excellent communication skills and time management are essential, and you must be able to work within a team and be good at problem solving whilst adapting to new situations and challenges.

LOCATION
You will work from our Edinburgh office at 107 Constitution Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH6 7AE or remotely. We operate a hybrid working policy, but you will be required to work from the office, approximately 2 days a week. In addition you may be required to travel to our other offices in Manchester and London for company wide meetings, and to set where needed, and expenses will be provided for this.
REPORTING
You will report to the Head of Production, Emilie Dumas.
