Runner / Client Services

Stitch is looking for an in-house runner/client services person.

We are an award-winning off-line editing company specializing in commercials, music videos and short films.

This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a career in off-line editing. An interest in editing is essential.

The right candidate must:

Be able to work on their own initiative in a small team.
Be professional, hard working, efficient and have good interaction and communication skills.
Have a cheerful and friendly disposition.
Will be greeting clients and assisting them to the edit suites.
Answering and transferring phone calls.
Opening & closing the office.
Be responsible for their own petty cash and comfortable with spreadsheets.
Keep the kitchen and office clean and tidy.
Be organised whilst making drinks and getting lunches for clients and staff.
Despatching drives in and out of the office.

Client services are very important to us and it is an essential part of this job.

Candidates must:

Have good front of house skills, be well presented and able to meet and greet clients.
Be comfortable answering the phone and being polite and helpful when dealing with calls.
Some previous experience would be preferred, with a knowledge of the area.
