Intermission Films are looking for an Office Assistant / Receptionist who will take charge of the running of the office and quickly become our Office Manager. Here, the successful candidate will learn how to assist the company’s skilled production and editing staff, while taking ownership over the everyday running of the office.
The position will allow the right candidate to make this role their own, gain valuable insight into the film industry, and develop skills in office management and team assistance.
Role will include:
- Office and Building Management
o Filing / general maintenance and tidying/office logs/utilities upkeep/purchases and upkeep of office/arranging couriers
- Staff Admin
o Team events / diary and calendar management / contract maintenance
o First point of contact / research / scheduling / bookings
