Receptionist and PA to the Managing Director (full-time)

Biscuit Filmworks is looking for a full time receptionist and PA to the Managing Director to join our busy production office.

Biscuit Filmworks is a Commercial Production company based in the heart of Shoreditch – with offices in New York and Los Angeles.

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing person with a sunny disposition and an enthusiastic, can-do attitude for tasks sets. 

What We’re Looking For?

  • A level-head and positive outlook.
  • Friendly yet professional manner.
  • A keen eye for organization and problem solving.
  • A proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in receptionist role as well as the industry is preferable but not essential. 

Some duties include:

  • Liaising with our suppliers and generally making sure the office runs smoothly.
  • Welcoming visitors and clients to the office. 
  • Answering the phone, setting up conference calls.
  • Managing diaries, booking travel.
  • Running errands.
  • Work hours may vary and be over weekends.
