Production Assistant

ROLE

Supporting the Executive Producer and rest of the team based in the London working on both stills and motion shoots of all scales and sizes.

The Production Assistant should be highly motivated and committed to remaining on a Production track as part of their career growth.

Should have a solid foundation within the role and should have a good grasps on putting together things such as call sheets, databases, decks, pencilling crew and organising and coordinating movements and travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have the ability to multitask effectively across multiple projects.

• Timely and accurate administration and distribution of production paperwork including, schedules, call sheets, decks and travel sheets.

• Managing international and local production travel logistics and bookings.

• Ensuring that AD Green is completed on all projects.

• Assist in the creation of presentation decks, production books, guidelines and document building.

• Ensuring all paperwork, documentation & deliverables are stored and archived correctly

• Regularly update our database of crew and vendors as well as expanding it with Directors and Photographers research

• Stay across our production kit with team and ensure things are stocked, tidy and ordered.

• Ensuring all receipts and paperwork is accurately filed and stored.

• Ensuring production store is maintained, tidy and fully stocked.

• Prepping production kit ahead of shoot days

• Organising PR & gift bags for clients.

• Ensuring PR stock is tidy and up to date.

• Helping with image pulls for PR purposes and website updates for new material

• Helping to manage social channels for business.

• Attend shoots and ensure smooth running on day.

• Supporting the EP and Owner with calendar management, meetings as well as some personal admin.

• Setting up freelancers and new employees on company software

• Booking in couriers and cabs

• Liaising between stakeholders to coordinate tasks given.

SALARY & BENEFITS

£25,000

Bupa health care after initial 6 months probation

OT pay for additional days worked outside of contract

Performance based bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should be based in London

Driving licence is preferred with experience with driving a zip van.

Full time contract starting mid July.
