Job Description 

Noë and Associates, a leading international branding and design consultancy with a New York, Dubai and London office, is seeking an exceptional, diligent individual to serve as the Production Co-ordinator / Production Assistant in a fast pace production environment, based from the London office working on Global shoots. 

The Production Coordinator should have a minimum of 2-5 years industry experience across various still and moving image productions and have developed a passion for excellence in their work. Collaborating with and supported by Senior Producer, Director and Editor, they will become an integral part of our content team and will be trusted to ensure our shoots run smoothly and efficiently through accurate booking and communication with team and suppliers. The individual will be organised, detail orientated, self motivated, a team player with great communication skills. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Production bookings for multiple content stills and film shoots around the world incl. crews, equipment, travel, petty cash & 3rd party suppliers. 
  • Keeping track of Noe owned camera kit and doing the carnets for international shoot travel Preparing timelines and having an awareness of team resource across multiple projects.
  • On set production assistance when required, open to travel when needed.
    Accurately writing and sending call sheets to shoot teams. 
  • Coordinating project quotes, working budgets, detailed logging of production spending and reconciling invoices to be paid. 
  • Complying with industry and union regulation in UK, Europe and US. Regular check ins with the project team and reporting to the Senior Producer. 
  • Working with the Director to build out shoot schedules and plot out the logistics of a shoot that involves travel. 
  • Well rounded understating of all aspects of film & stills production, including equipment, processes, finances and legal / liability aspects. 
  • Working with agency producers on licensing and copyright negotiations. Coordinate maintenance, repairs of the Noe camera kit if required. Assist the content team with ad-hoc requests or projects as required

Candidate should possess following skills: 

  • Familiarity with Apple computers, Google Suites (especially Calendar & Docs), Zoom Video Conferencing, and Microsoft Office. 
  • Motivated self-starter, conscientious, valuing excellence. 
  • Meticulous about all details, both written and numerical. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction 
  • Organised, reliable, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks/assignments. 
  • Punctuality and presence. 
  • Multiple languages are a plus. 
  • Willing to go above and beyond to handle ad hoc projects as assigned. 
  • Passion for luxury, hospitality and real estate industries, critical thinking and strategic problem solving.
