PRODUCTION ASSISTANT / RUNNER

Ground Work is looking for an outgoing and hardworking junior production assistant / runner to join our friendly Tottenham office, working across music videos and commercials.

As part of a small team you will quickly be trusted and given opportunities for development and growth within the role. There will be frequent chances to get on set as well as working in our office day-to-day.

Ground Work represents an exciting roster of directing talent and is the sister company to Crack Magazine, Europe’s leading music and youth culture magazine.

Job Role:

• Day-to-day running of the office.

• Crew and equipment bookings

• Drafting call sheets, risk assessments, PPM documents, mood boards.

• Booking travel and accommodation

• Scheduling meetings and note taking.

• Errands, deliveries, courier bookings etc.

• Research tasks

• Generally assisting our in-house production team

• Web maintenance

• Frequent on set running opportunities

Candidate will have:

• 1+ years experience as a PA, runner or similar position

• Full Clean Driving Licence

• Brilliant communication skills

• Can-do attitude

• Excellent film knowledge

• Knowledge of Crack Magazine, it’s audience and cultural position

• A friendly, outgoing manner.

• Strong time management skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Strong IT skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Suite helpful but not essential.

London based, full-time position

Salary in line with London Living Wage.
